Isaiah has been with Destin Inshore Guides since 2021 and has been fishing seriously for far longer than that. Before joining he worked the deck on larger boats as a deckhand and first mate, which is the fastest education in reading water and handling anglers there is.
His own fishing has always been the smaller boat kind: trout and redfish, shallow water, close attention. Turning that into a career is the whole story here.
He also works at Emerald Coast Bait & Tackle, the sister company to Destin Inshore Guides, which means he knows what is being caught locally before most people do. When he is not at one job or the other he is out fishing, or at home with three huskies.
